Limited Warranty (Merchandise)
Siphon Filtration Llc. warrants the Filtration Tank to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 1 year to the original purchaser. Siphon Filtration Llc., obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the Filtration Tank at Siphon Filtrations Llc’s option. Cost of removal, shipping and re-installation is not included. If failure should occur, return the defective Filtration Tank with dated proof of purchase to an authorized Siphon Filtration Dealer for verification and repair or replacement under this warranty, Siphon Filtration Llc., shall repair or replace the defective Filtration Tank within 90 days after the defect is verified.

Siphon Filtration Llc. makes no other representations or express warranties except those contained herein. Any implied warranties granted under state law, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the express warranty granted hereunder. Siphon Filtration Llc. in no event shall be liable for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusions or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. SHIPPING

Damaged Shipments
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE UPON DELIVERY, IN THE PRESENCE OF THE CARRIER! Upon receipt of an obviously damaged package, you have two options. First, you have the option to refuse delivery of the obviously damaged package by stating to the carrier that the package is damaged and that you are refusing delivery. In this case, the order will be returned to Sender. Second, you may receive the order and make note of the visible damage, in writing, with the carrier, preferably while the carrier is present. In many cases, once the package is opened, the merchandise are not damaged and there is no further action needed. However, if upon inspection of the merchandise, you find them damaged due to the carriers handling, you then have 48 HOURS to file a formal claim with the carrier. DO NOT RETURN THE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE TO SENDER. Keep the package and merchandise as close as possible to the condition in which you received them as the carrier is required to verify the damage. Without the package, the carrier will void your claim. Claims for shortages due to carrier negligence must be made with the carrier within five (5) working days of receipt of merchandise. Once you have filed your claim, please notify our customer service department with the details so that we may assist you and the carrier in resolving the claim.

Return Policy
Prior to returning a product to SF, you need to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be obtained by contacting us at customerservice@siphonfiltration.com  When shipping the merchandise the RMA number must be written clearly on the box that your order is returned in. Returns without an RMA number may not be eligible for refunds.
